- Buying or selling a weapon
- Buying or selling illegal substances
- Getting through an airport
- Impersonating someone
In purchasing our product, you understand that our company makes no statement as to the suitability of the fake IDs to represent you in any official capacity. It is your responsibility to determine the suitability of the fake IDs for your intended use.
2. Age Restrictions
HotfakeID products are intended for purchase by individuals under 21 years of age. By ordering a fake ID from our company, you represent and warrant that you are under 21 years of age. If we have reason to believe that you are over our established purchasing age limit, we reserve the right to restrict your access to our services.
3. Customer Responsibility

4. Reprints and Refunds

If there was a mistake on our part, we are happy to provide a refund and/or a reprint.
However, if there was a mistake with the information provided, once the product has been delivered, it is considered to be accepted by you as is. The company is under no obligation to refund or reprint the fake ID after it has been delivered to you.

As a HotfakeID customer, you agree that the purchase of our product is intended for your personal use only. You also agree not to purchase our products for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, any modified version of our products. Any unauthorized use or resale of our fake IDs, unaltered or otherwise, may result in us restricting you and any involved third party from our services.
7. Breach of Terms
In the case that one of our fake IDs is used to damage or injure a person, property, or entity, we will comply with law enforcement and provide any information they need to resolve the case. We may be required to disclose information about you and your use of our product. By using our product, you agree to cooperate with any investigation and to provide any information that we may need to comply with any legal requirement.

You also acknowledge and agree that our company shall not be held liable for damages or injuries of any kind resulting from purchase or ownership of our fake IDs.
